central location friendly staff complimentary coffee roof terrace
The location charmed me with its closeness to the train station. I found a supermarket just across the street. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea each morning. The roof terrace was nice even though I watched television.
I noticed noise from the street. Voices of other guests disturbed me. I think the acoustic insulation was not good. I could hear conversations next door.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.. they organised a gluten-free breakfast option. the bed was particularly comfortable. the location is excellent, just a brief walk from the main train station.

noticeable stain irritating noise
the location was acceptable. the staff was friendly enough.
The room i received was not up to standard. A noticeable stain marred the carpet. there was also a constant, irritating noise coming from the air conditioning unit, disrupting sleep. the lack of attention to detail in maintenance is disappointing.
