the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.. they organised a gluten-free breakfast option. the bed was particularly comfortable. the location is excellent, just a brief walk from the main train station.

the location was acceptable. the staff was friendly enough.
The room i received was not up to standard. A noticeable stain marred the carpet. there was also a constant, irritating noise coming from the air conditioning unit, disrupting sleep. the lack of attention to detail in maintenance is disappointing.
